The Cardiac Health Risk Stratification System (CHRiSS) is aimed to improve the management of end-stage heart failure using a user-friendly design and advanced data mining and machine learning methods.

CHRiSS is accessible to the heart failure physicians, medical team, patients and their families that will help facilitate the shared decision-making process during the patient’s treatment course.
